The Westside Link Job & Career Fair is one of the biggest job and career fairs in Washington County, Oregon.

 

Its success comes as the result of a great partnership between the Western Washington County Employer Council and WorkSource Portland Metro Hillsboro  in attracting the best possible candidates for employers to fill positions in there companies.

 

 

This is a showcase event where a tremendous amount of education is presented in a compressed format.

 

A single day’s attendance will provide a wealth of information on topics like: Supervisory Skills for Managers, Wages and Hour Laws, Finding the Best Employees, Writing Job Descriptions, Employee Manuals 101, and much more.

The Western Washington County Employer Council provides an ongoing series of programs,  education, and seminars for the business community and their staff.

 

These are high quality presentations, by leading and  recognized experts, that help build skills and keep employers up to date with timely information.

 

 

Over the last 15 years, the Western Washington County Employer Council has provided more than $35.000.00 in scholarships to increase the skills, education, and career opportunities of workers in Washington County.

 

We provide these funds yearly through our scholarship program.
